In partnership with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), WSDI is pleased to announce that applications for our CRE Developer Grant program are NOW OPEN!
This grant program provides up to $50,000 in grants to support multifamily or mized-use housing real estate projects, specifically targeting acquisition/rehabilitation or new construction initiatives that align with WSDI's mission to foster sustainable, equitable development in low-income communities with a focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
Application Deadline: Accepted on a rolling basis as funds are available
